- Fellowship award letter / grant letter from the funding agency
- E-copies of the grant award letters for research projects sponsored by Government, industries and nongovernment sources such as industries, corporate houses etc.
- Brochures/Notices of all activities as per data templates
- Detailed reports of the activity with photographs with attendance record for each activity
- Copy of Approved Code of Ethics
- Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the Research and Development Cell PhD/PG guideship letter from affiliating university
- PhD/PG guideship letter from affiliating university
- Certified List as per data template by Principal (As In put is Nil )
- Tabulated list of all outreach and Extension activities with student counts certified by the Principal
- Detailed program report for each extension and outreach program year wise as per data template
- Detailed program report for each extension and outreach program with exact students count year wise as per data template
- Certified list of collaborative activities conducted under active MOUs
- Detailed activity report with photographs and student participation count
- Certified list of all MOUs in five assessment years
- E-copies of all MOUs as per data template
